This role is well suited for a nurse transitioning toward retirement, stepping away from bedside care, or seeking a steady, part-time position with predictable hours. This position is not intended to replace full-time employment.

Position Overview

• Location: St. Louis Metropolitan Area

• Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week (hours may be completed in one day per week)

• Compensation: $400.00 per week

• Additional Pay: Mileage stipend provided

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide weekly wellness nursing visits in a non-medical, community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly wellness visits to assigned clients

• Organize and review medications (no prescribing or medication changes)

• Take and record vital signs

• Complete overall wellness assessments (non-medical in nature)

• Observe, document, and report general health concerns or changes

• Maintain brief, straightforward documentation

This position does not involve skilled nursing procedures or medical care planning.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri

• Experience in community-based care, home care, or long-term care preferred

• Strong observational and communication skills

• Reliable transportation
