Circle of Care St. Louis is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Home Care Staffing Coordinator to support daily operations, caregiver scheduling, and client satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well under pressure, and enjoys balancing scheduling, people support, and problem-solving. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive reliable, high-quality care while helping caregivers succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Caregiver Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Recruit, screen, and interview qualified caregivers
  • Maintain an active caregiver pipeline
  • Coordinate onboarding and hiring documentation
  • Ensure all employment requirements are completed accurately

Scheduling & Staffing Coordination

  • Create and manage caregiver schedules for client assignments
  • Fill open shifts and respond to call-offs quickly
  • Ensure consistent staffing coverage with minimal disruptions
  • Match caregivers appropriately based on client needs and compatibility

Time Tracking & Compliance

  • Track and verify caregiver hours weekly
  • Maintain accurate documentation for Medicaid services
  • Monitor service hours to ensure care plan compliance

Caregiver Support & Accountability

  • Maintain regular communication with caregivers
  • Address attendance, reliability, and performance concerns
  • Reinforce scheduling expectations and accountability
  • Support caregiver retention and engagement

Client & Family Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and families
  • Conduct client satisfaction follow-ups
  • Resolve service concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure care plans are followed appropriately

Qualifications

  • Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, or customer service preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Professional, dependable, and responsive attitude
